Delivery Information
Shipping on you order is calculated on a flat cost basis. Once your items have been placed in your basket and you proceed to checkout then the postage will be automatically displayed before you confirm your order.

for a requote.
All items less than 1kg and under £60 in value are shipped by Royal Mail 1st Class delivery with proof of postage being obtained. Any parcel over 2kg is shipped via Parcelforce both in the UK, Europe and the rest of the world. These parcels are fully insured and trackable. If the order is placed online and will be shipped via Parcelforce then you will received a tracking number in order to trace your parcel.
Average charges:
Upto 1kg and under £30 in the UK - up to £3.95
1kg - 28kg in the UK - £3.95 per individual parcel
Upto 28kg Europe - from £12 depending on country. Once you have logged in a correct postal rate will be displayed for your county. The standard courier rate covers all parcels up to 28kg

At DiveLife we aim to despatch your order as swiftly as possible by
the quickest method of delivery.
Our couriers are extremely reliable. However, we cannot be held
responsible for any costs incurred by deliveries that may have a delay.
Should your parcel be accidentally misplaced by the courier and cannot
be tracked after two working days then we will despatch a replacement
package at our cost.
When taking delivery of you order, please remember that you are
signing for the package in good order. If the package is damaged this
must be noted on the couriers documentation. Once a package be signed
for in good condition then we cannot be held responsible for any
damage that may have occurred to the goods prior to delivery.
The cost of postage for any goods returned due to incorrect sizing or
ordering will be incurred by the customer. DiveLife will incur the
cost of postage of any goods that are deemed to be faulty or have been
sent out incorrectly.
Please note that some items include delivery and you will not be
charged extra. However, should any of these items be returned then the
standard charge of £8.50 postage will be deducted from your refund.
All goods come with a full 28 day money back guarantee provided they
are in their original packaging, are unused and are returned with the
original receipt. Any returned goods are shipped at the owners risk
and remain the property of the owner until received by DiveLife. It is
recommended that all packages returned are sent insured and tracked
mail in order to speed up the process of restocking and
refunded/exchanging the items.
