DiveLife Price Watch Policy

At DiveLife we monitor our prices every week to ensure that we remain extremely competitive within the market place. If you see a price advertised elsewhere that seems to good to be true, it probably is, but if you email information as to where the product is advertised we will do our best to beat the price.

We realise that our customers are important and we will do everything we can to keep you happy and safe and continue to provide you with high levels of service..

So, how do we do it?

When analysing competitors prices we take into account:

Is the product of the same quality?

We offer only genuine, high quality products. We have a policy of not selling any product we would not be happy to use ourselves

How much is a premium delivery charge?

At DiveLife all our orders over 2kg are sent by Parcelforce 24 hour at no extra cost. Orders under 2kg are usually sent Special Delivery guaranteeing next day deliver before 1pm

The majority of companies in the industry charge far more and it’s often based on weight, number packages, where you are in the country or the value of your order.

Hidden Charges?

Believe it or not some companies claim to have low prices and then make up the difference with a number of hidden charges.

At DiveLife, the price you see is the price you pay.

Examples of some hidden charges out there include:

• Surcharge for credit cards which are in some cases over 3% of the order value!
• Packing charge in addition to the delivery charge
• Delivery insurance charge based on goods value
• Premium rate telephone number e.g. 0870 or 0871 numbers can cost as much as 10p per minute from a BT landline and more on a mobile!
• Restocking charges e.g. if you want to return a product you are often asked to pay between 10% and 25% of the order value for the company to take the goods back

Is it in stock?

We keep huge amounts of stock in order to give you fast delivery times. If we are ever out of stock, we can generally give you a clear indication of how quickly it will be back on our shelves.

Some companies show extraordinarily low prices, but conveniently never have the actual product in stock. Instead they offer an “alternative” which is a different specification/quality or a higher price, so don’t be fooled!
