We hope you will be completely satisfied with any product purchased from DiveLife, but if you wish to return an item to us, we aim to make it as quick and convenient as possible. Any item may be returned for any reason within 14 days from the date of despatch for a full refund (less postage costs), as long as it remains unused and in as new condition with all packaging and labels intact. Please indicate on your returns sheet the item(s) you are returning and the reason.
Please note, the returns period has now been extended over the Christmas period to take into account that equipment may be bought as gifts. All goods purchased from the 14th November may be returned upto and including the 10th January. Please make sure goods are returned in accordance with out usualy policy and that you account for delays in postage. Thank you |

Please be aware that return postage fees cannot be refunded unless the reason for the return of the goods was due to an error made by us. If the error is ours we will then refund postage costs up to a maximum of the postage price you originally paid on your order providing the original receipt for return postage is included. Goods returned after the date 14 day period cannot be refunded. Please allow 14 days for refunds to be processed and credited to your card.

Goods should be returned via an insured, traceable service to reach us on or before the return date shown on your delivery note (it is advisable to make a note of any tracking numbers in case they are Required),
Please make sure goods are securely packaged to avoid damage in transit,
Please also include the original receipt

Exchanging goods
|
When returning goods due to incorrect sizing where a replacement is required, it is advisable to call the shop so the replacement item can be set aside or ordered before the return of the original item(s). This ensures that the goods can be despatched with a minimum of delay in order to get them Delivered to you promptly. You should then follow the normal returns procedure as above to return the original goods and we will contact you for payment of the return postage.

Returning faulty goods and warranty claims

If a product you purchased from us is faulty when delivered please contact our customer services team on info@divelife.co.uk or telephone 0161 796 0300 between 10:00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday. Please have your order number ready together with details of the fault and we will then advise you how to proceed. If we ask you to return the goods to us please download the faulty goods return form below as this will need to be enclosed when you return your faulty product to us.
