Welcome to the DiveLife Diving Club

The DiveLife Scuba Diving Club meets every Wednesday night at 151 Bury New Road, Whitefield, Manchester

The Scuba Diving Club is open to divers of all abilities and interests. Scuba diving courses are run on weekly with all interests and levels catered for

Theory is usually started around 6pm for those on courses, the shop is open for those who like to browse or just ask advice and the kettle is always on

Pool session start later in the evening and we have the use of a fantatic 25m x 15m swimming pool. The pool has a 1m shallow end sloping gradually to 1.6m and then dropping off to 3m - unusual for a modern pool but ideal for practising scuba diving skills and it's usually around 29 degrees! The pool is free to use for club members and occaisional guests are always welcome

For the annual cost of £120 you receive free use of the pool twice a week, free air and a 10% discount on almost all our already heavily discounted equipment. This means if you dive once a fortnight and have two cylinders then the membership cost is covered by what you would normally spend on air alone, everything else is a bonus.

You will also receive priority on any trips organised as first option is always given to club members. We are also currently trying to organise a second pool night for further training and club use by club members.

We have also just bought a 65ft hardboat, the MS Adlergrund, which we will be bringing down from the Orkney's to use off Anglesey in early 2008. Diving Club members will get priority on trips with discounts available for multiple day diving passes. Buy 10 dives, get one free!

We have a social night on the first Thursday of each month and usually grab a bite to eat afterwards. Everyone is welcome
