Housing includes conversion circuitry providing TTL compatibility for DS-series Substrobes. The TTL mode provides four 1/2 f/stop increments over or under flash compensation that is added to or subtracted from any compensation entered into the camera, and eight manual power settings in half-stop increments allow for complete creative control. Exposure can be adjusted directly through the back of the housing using two push buttons. Settings are clearly indicated even at night by a series of LED lights.

Operation of non-Ikelite strobes is manual exposure only (requires appropriate Ikelite sync cable)
